  • PaymentWhat payment methods are accepted?
    Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), K-NET, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Tabby and Tamara installments coming soon.
  • PaymentIs my card charged immediately?
    Yes, the charge happens at booking confirmation. But the amount is held by the platform (Held Payment) and only released to the provider after your trip completes successfully.
  • PaymentDoes the site support installments?
    Tabby and Tamara installments launch in the coming weeks. Currently, installments are available on select premium 4+ star packages.
  • PaymentWhich payment methods do you support?
    We support Visa, MasterCard, KNet, and Tabby instalments. The full set of options will appear at checkout once the payment gateway is live.
  • PaymentDo you store my card details?
    No. We use a specialised payment gateway (MyFatoorah). Full card data never touches our servers — we only store the transaction id and reference for reconciliation.
