  • RewardsHow do I earn loyalty points?
    You earn points from each booking (100 points per 10 KWD), from photo/video reviews, from referring friends, and from completing your profile.
  • RewardsDo points expire?
    Points are valid for 24 months from the date earned. We send a reminder 30 days before any points expire.
  • RewardsHow do I redeem points?
    At checkout, select "Redeem loyalty points" and choose how many. 1,000 points = 10 KWD off. Can be combined with coupons.
  • RewardsHow many points do I earn per booking?
    You earn 1 point per Kuwaiti dinar spent, automatically credited when the booking is confirmed. Points are valid for 24 months.
  • RewardsHow do I redeem points?
    Redeem from the Rewards page in your account. Every 100 points = 1 KWD discount on your next booking. Minimum redemption: 500 points.
