Refund Policy

Our refund model uses three tiers: • Flexible: Full refund if cancelled at least 14 days before the trip; 50% refund after that. • Moderate: Full refund up to 30 days before; 50% from 30 to 14 days before; no refund after that. • Strict: For rare trips. Full refund up to 60 days before; 25% from 60 to 30 days; no refund after that. Each package's policy is shown clearly on its page before booking. Exceptions (full refund always): - Operator-initiated cancellation for any reason. - Documented force majeure (disasters, travel closures, certified medical emergencies). - A dispute resolved in the customer's favour. Processing time: 3–7 business days after the cancellation is approved, depending on your bank.
