1. Introduction Arab Hunters Club is a marketplace connecting customers with vetted operators. By using the platform you agree to these terms. 2. Your account - You must be 18 or older to create an account. - You're responsible for the confidentiality of your sign-in details and all activity on your account. - Operators are verified through an identity (KYC) review before they can offer packages. 3. Bookings & escrow - The platform connects you with vetted operators and holds your payment in escrow. - Funds are released to the operator only after your trip is successfully completed. A portion (currently 25%) is retained as a security through a short complaint window after the trip, then released if no issue is raised — this protects you if something goes wrong. - The terms of each package (price, dates, cancellation) appear before booking. 4. Fees The price shown on a package is the price you pay — there is no added customer service fee. The platform earns a commission from the operator, deducted from the operator's payout. 5. Allowed conduct Prohibited: fraudulent content, impersonation, harassing operators or other customers, or breaching customs and legal rules in the destination. 6. Liability limits The platform exercises due diligence in vetting operators but does not guarantee the absolute quality of the operator's service. Disputes are handled through our dispute mechanism. 7. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any dispute not resolved through our dispute mechanism is subject to the competent courts of Kuwait. 8. Changes to terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time and will notify you via email and on the site. 9.
